Suratman was born in Pati and was appointed as President Director of PT Telkom Landmark Tower. He earned a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering and Management from 1991 to 1995 and a Master's degree (S2) in Management from Telkom University, Bandung, from 2013 to 2015. Before being appointed as President Director of Telkom Landmark Tower, he had extensive work experience, including serving as VP of Sales Digital Application Solutions (DIGISERVE) from 2023 to 2024, GM of the Trading & Resource Business Segment at Telkom Business Service Division for Telkom Regional VII (KTI) from 2015 to 2018, and Manager of Enterprise Sales Engineer at Telkom Enterprise Service Division from 2013 to 2015. He began his professional career as an Account Manager at Telkom Enterprise Service Division from 1997 to 2012.
