PT Telkom Landmark Tower’s Good Corporate Governance (GCG)

PT Telkom Landmark Tower (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) as part of Telkom Group reminds committed to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as the fundamental foundation applied at all levels of organizational in conducting the Company's business activities. The Company's commitment to GCG implementation consistently refers to the Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. PER-2/MBU/03/2023 concerning Guidelines for Corporate Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of State-Owned Enterprises.

The Company believes that consistent implementation of GCG can create a transparent work environment and drive the Company’s competitiveness and sustainable growth. GCG implementation is carry out through commitments, corporate regulations, operational standards, and ethical business practices. The Company also upholds GCG as a the Company's integrity in maintaining the trust of shareholders and stakeholders, ensuring that the Company contributes positively to every business activity.

The implementation of GCG principles in the Company refers to the principles issued by the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG), which include Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness.

The Company's strategy for successful GCG implementation are:

  1. Implementation of Governance Policy

    The Company consistently undertakes periodic reviews of its policies with the objective of enhancing their quality and effectiveness, thereby improving overall performance. These policies include the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Policy, Code of Conduct, Board of Directors Charter, and Integrity Pact.

  2. Whistleblowing System Reporting Policy

    The Company has established a Whistleblowing System (WBS), accessible through its official website, as a channel for reporting violations. The WBS is intended to detect potential violations, foster awareness and a sense of responsibility among all employees, and enhance the Company’s reputation among stakeholders.
